Among the ways we assist our franchisee clients:

  • Review and advise client with respect to the Franchise Agreement, the Area Developer Agreement, related agreements and the Franchise Disclosure Document
  • Negotiate the Franchise Agreement, the Area Developer Agreement and related agreements with the franchisor on the client's behalf
  • Advise client with respect to franchisor and area developer relationships, including compliance with contractual obligations
  • Review disputes with the franchisor and other parties and advise client on appropriate methods to resolve
  • Negotiate dispute resolution with the franchisor and other parties on the client's behalf
  • If  necessary, mediate, arbitrate or litigate with the franchisor and other parties to protect client's interests
